02. User Content & Smart Features

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and content you upload to PicsDrop; we do not claim any ownership over your creative work. By uploading content, you grant PicsDrop a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services. This includes our smart search functionality, which utilizes advanced facial recognition systems to facilitate photo-retrieval. By using the service, you acknowledge that this technology is used solely for the purpose of helping you identify your photos via anonymous structural vectors and is not used for any other form of profiling or tracking.

Please be advised that the upload of adult, sexually explicit, or prohibited materials is strictly forbidden on this platform. While we implement premium security measures and will never intentionally disclose or leak your content, PicsDrop is not responsible for any consequences, data leaks, or security breaches (such as those caused by malicious third-party actors or hackers) involving content that is uploaded in violation of these strict prohibitions. You acknowledge that uploading such material is done at your own risk and in direct breach of our service agreement.

03. User Conduct

You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you provide to the platform. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized commercial or personal purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the PicsDrop infrastructure.

04. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or engaged in behavior that is detrimental to the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

05. Limitation of Liability

PicsDrop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we utilize premium, industry-standard infrastructure to store and protect your content, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We strive to maintain the highest levels of security but cannot guarantee absolute immunity from digital threats.

In no event shall PicsDrop, its directors, or its partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to data loss or security breaches occurring within third-party storage systems beyond our direct operational control. You agree that your use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.
